FACEIT verification, with a missing “i”
Credibility concern recorded. The source reference remains available for verification and correction.
A page on verfyfaceit.club presents an optional, free FACEIT account-verification process using a selfie and identity document.
- For
- FACEIT players considering account verification
- Worth noticing
- The page calls verification optional and free, but the domain spells “verify” as “verfy” and is not faceit.com.
Field notes
The page describes a four-step flow: scan a QR code, take a selfie, scan an original identity document, then receive verified status. It says one account can be verified only once, verification cannot be transferred, and Daon stores encrypted verification data in European data centers while FACEIT retains only the verification result. The page also labels face capture as “coming soon,” leaving unclear whether the pictured selfie step refers to that feature or the document workflow.
