Mixa is a Mac app for keeping a shared FL Studio, Logic Pro, or Ableton Live project in sync between music collaborators.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-12 issue.

For: Music collaborators sharing DAW projects
Worth noticing: Projects stay on the user's computer; only projects selected for collaboration sync through Mixa Cloud.

Field notes

The page illustrates the handoff problem with a clutter of near-identical filenames, including “night_drive_FINAL_real (1).zip.” Its proposed workflow keeps the source projects on the user's computer and syncs only those chosen for collaboration through Mixa Cloud. The FAQ says collaborators need the same DAW and that Mixa warns if a song was saved in a newer version.
