Field notes
The page builds its case from named locations—including schools in Sumqayıt, Gəncə, Mehdiabad and other districts—and quotes a teacher requesting any restriction be provided as a formal written order. It pairs those accounts with links labeled as BBC News Azərbaycanca, Abzas Media and Azadlıq Radiosu material, plus protest videos. The visible counter is presented as 14,359 of a 100,000-signature goal; adding a signature requires registration.
