Field notes
The interface starts with a terrain map and lets users draw a pad, then adjust dimensions, corner radius, side slopes, and hard or soft no-go zones. It exposes assumptions behind the estimate, including soil swell and shrink, truck capacity, local rates, setbacks, and wall thresholds, and supports comparing options. Files stay on the user's computer and can be saved as GeoJSON for GIS tools; share links do not carry terrain data.
