Field notes
Push’N Sunshine connects the stories of Sunny, whose community support is described as the initiative’s foundation, and Push, who attended an Ivy League university after growing up amid difficult circumstances. The page says its November 1, 2026 block party in Rexdale / Etobicoke is meant to begin relationships that can continue through mentorship, education, and later community activities. A “Send my interest” button invites people to get involved.
