SENDERCUT: CNC nesting and G-code in the browser
SENDERCUT describes a browser-based workflow for arranging parts on sheets and generating machine-specific G-code for routers, plasma cutters, lasers and milling machines.
- For
- CNC operators and sheet-material fabricators
- Worth noticing
- A sample plasma job uses 16 parts on a 2500 × 1250 mm sheet of 6.35 mm carbon steel.
Field notes
Inputs can be DXF files, a pasted spreadsheet list, or drawn primitives such as circles, flanges and drilled plates. Nesting settings include kerf, clearance and rotation, with stock sheets and offcuts available as material sources; the page also describes simulation, per-part QR labels and machine-specific G-code profiles. For machines running CNC SENDER, the site says jobs can be sent through its WebUI and followed in 3D. These are homepage-described capabilities, not independently tested here.
