The reception flow uses a known plate to retrieve a customer, vehicle, and recent visits; new vehicles go through customer, service, and staff selection, while unregistered cars can be accepted without a plate. Work status and payment status appear as separate controls on the bay board. The page says receipts and invoices are generated from the same order lines shown onscreen. Its staff web app uses PIN entry and queues actions when Wi-Fi drops, then sends them in order.
