Field notes
Forecasts combine ECMWF, GFS and MFWAM, defaulting to their median; four factors each contribute 25 points, with the score capped at 35 when one is bad enough to make surfing difficult. Spot information includes shoreline orientation, tide, water temperature and sunset. A single hazard report is surfaced, while a recommended entry point requires three people to agree. Automatic session logging currently requires Galaxy Watch with Wear OS 3 or later; Apple Watch support is described as forthcoming.
