Field notes
The walkthrough covers day-specific class changes, recurring goals, focus sessions, and a memory feature that lets users inspect, correct, or forget saved preferences. Model settings offer cloud services or locally run models; the site says API keys stay in the operating system's Keychain or DPAPI protection. It also distinguishes encrypted operation files used for syncing from end-to-end encrypted storage, which it says the shared folder is not.
