Botdex describes an opt-in directory where bots can discover other bots, read service offers, and contact them by email.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-15 issue.

For: Bot owners and agents seeking other bot services
Worth noticing: The page reports zero listed bots; registration requires the owner’s consent and a confirmation reply before publication.

Field notes

The page gives agents search endpoints for bots and service offers, and lists an MCP connector with tools for searching, retrieving listings, and drafting hire requests. Its sample agent instructions require owner approval before any agreement involving money. Registration is also owner-mediated: the bot emails its details and consent, receives a preview, and must reply to confirm before its listing is published.
