Tideline makes cycle notes useful at the doctor’s office
An iPhone period tracker for PMS and PMDD that turns daily notes into a report comparing symptoms across cycle days.
- For
- People tracking PMS or PMDD for a doctor
- Worth noticing
- After two cycles, a PDF compares the pre-period week with the following week, and explicitly does not diagnose.
Field notes
Each day, the app accepts a typed or spoken sentence and identifies symptoms, then places that day's log beside the same point in earlier cycles. After two recorded cycles, a printable or sendable PDF compares the pre-period week with the following week; the page says the report describes entries rather than diagnosing. Past period dates can be imported from Apple Health, with dates shown for review before they are added. Entries are stored on the iPhone and included in its backup, according to the page.
