OnCertain’s three-way verdict
A multi-location comparison tool for testing whether a change at some branches shifted daily visits, sales, or bookings.
- For
- Teams testing changes across multiple locations
- Worth noticing
- It asks for daily branch-level CSV data and says customer names or contact details are not needed.
Field notes
The workflow compares daily figures from changed branches with similar untouched branches, using difference-in-differences rather than a simple before-and-after comparison. Its sample clinic demo uses eight fictional locations; the page says the tool can return an inconclusive result when there are too few comparable branches or the figures are too noisy. It requests a CSV with one row per day per branch and says customer names and contact details are unnecessary.
