- For
- Readers who want to capture thoughts without stopping
- Worth noticing
- The proposed bookmark’s box-shaped head sits above the book’s top edge, so its side button can be pressed without opening the book.
Field notes
The design description separates a box-shaped head containing the electronics from a thin tail that holds the page, with the button placed where a reader’s thumb can reach it. The proposed app workflow asks readers to select the book they are reading, then says notes will be transcribed and filed there after syncing. The page contrasts this with scattered notes from notebooks and Voice Memos; the device and app are not demonstrated.
