For each selected opportunity, biddecide says it prepares a two-page memo with a normalized data sheet, requirement-by-requirement compliance matrix, GO/NO-GO verdict, risks and a draft expression of interest in the tender’s language. Its competitor view draws on an award database the page says contains 1,033 notices and 745 winning companies.
