- For
- Chess players looking for places to play around Brussels
- Worth noticing
- The Chess960 section flags conflicting second- and third-Thursday references and points readers to the club calendar.
Field notes
The directory separates clubs, casual venues, tournaments, and lessons, with neighborhood and schedule details on many entries. Its listings include practical distinctions such as beginner-friendly sessions and whether a venue is open to all; some entries also carry unconfirmed or older-date notes. A dedicated Chess960 section describes an Ixelles club night but identifies conflicting Thursday references and directs readers to the club calendar.
