DMVX is an annual-license Windows app for filling New York DTF-802, DTF-803, DTF-804, and MV-82 forms.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-16 issue.

For: New York DMV offices processing title and registration forms
Worth noticing: Jobs retain the form-pack version used, while new jobs use the latest pack; failed pack checks leave the prior version active.

Field notes

Staff can scan a driver license, title, or insurance-card barcode with a USB handheld scanner, then answer guided questions and review a missing-fields checklist before printing. The listed packs cover four New York forms, and the page says each pack carries a version and effective date; previously filled jobs retain the version they used. The product is described as running in Microsoft Edge on Windows, with data kept on the office computer.
