An interactive fan proposal that tracks a single-elimination tournament using games from the NHL regular season.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-16 issue.

For: NHL fans following a season-long tournament
Worth noticing: For unmatched qualification-night teams, the rules compare each team’s score in its own game; a tie is resolved goal by goal, then by seed.

Field notes

The page combines a proposed tournament format with results, upcoming matchups, and player statistics limited to Gauntlet games. Its rules include virtual games for teams without a direct matchup, where each team’s score from its own game determines who advances. The page also offers a season replay control and labels some results as virtual.
