AsuCómoVamos puts Asunción’s promises beside the record
A civic observatory for Asunción that compares municipal promises with documents, council votes, and evidence from the street.
- For
- Asunción residents, journalists, and councillors
- Worth noticing
- Its proposed vote-checking process has two volunteers compare records independently, then attach a link to the exact moment in the session video.
Field notes
The site is marked prototype (MVP) v0.1.0 and distinguishes information already publishable from material that is scattered, difficult to obtain, or not public. Its proposed weekly vote record starts with the council agenda, then has two volunteers independently check the Wednesday session video; matching entries would be published with a link to the exact minute. The sample vote screen is explicitly fictional and anonymized. The bond case cites an August 2025 interventor report.
