Three free browser tools help cabin crew build a bid, check pay against flight records, and prepare meal and beverage orders.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-17 issue.

For: Cabin crew and pilots handling bids, pay checks, or galley orders
Worth noticing: Bid Builder is reported to be used by more than 4,300 crew across six Canadian bases.

Field notes

The landing page separates the tools into standalone apps, each with its own user guide. Pay Checker asks users to supply pay stubs, a FLICA schedule, and a Rainmaker print, and says those PDFs stay on the user's device. Galley Prep tracks meal counts as orders are entered and offers PDF and Excel export. The maker describes the project as independent of airlines and unions.
