For: Musicians looking for hands-on music-making tools
Worth noticing: Strings is free; Voice is free during its invite-only beta, which requires an invite code when opened.

Field notes

Strings is presented as a webcam-input instrument, with Mac and Windows beta downloads visible on the page. The Ableton Live update is described as letting hand movements play synths and adjust controls. Voice accepts typed lines or recordings, but opening its Mac beta requires an invite code; the roadmap lists audio import as a later beta feature.
