Ticket Clerk Pro puts contractor tickets in order
Credibility concern recorded. The source reference remains available for verification and correction.
A Windows app for reviewing and signing contractor PDF tickets, filing signed copies by project and contractor, and exporting costs to Excel.
- For
- Field supervisors and project managers handling contractor tickets
- Worth noticing
- Putting a ticket on hold removes its cost from the project total; releasing it restores the amount.
Field notes
Users create a project, which generates a desktop folder, then add contractor PDF tickets to an in-app queue for review. After correcting details and placing a printed name, signature, and date, they review the final PDF before approving it for filing under the contractor. Tickets placed on hold are excluded from project totals, and resolving them restores their cost; exports include ticket numbers, dates, costs, contractor subtotals, and the project total in one Excel worksheet.
