Field notes
The workflow starts with a casual sighting: a neighbor photographs a cat, adding it to a personal “Dex”; repeated sightings enrich its record. The site says photo locations are rounded to about 100 metres and shown to neighbors after 45 minutes, with exact location shared only during an alert chosen by the cat’s owner. The homepage also links practical guides for lost cats, found cats, and Québec shelters.
