Mictracker: research sheets for the commentary box
Mictracker is an early-release preparation site for sports commentators, centered on turning research into printable commentary sheets, alongside resources, news, and broadcast portfolios.
- For
- Sports commentators preparing for live broadcasts
- Worth noticing
- The Arsenal–Chelsea, Liverpool–Manchester United, and Barcelona–Real Madrid examples each demonstrate a different research layout; they are illustrative, not selectable styles.
Field notes
The page describes an A3 landscape output and labels the sequence “Research → Sheet → Print.” Its mock-ups contrast a numbers-and-colour research grid, a tactical desk built around positions and cues, and a story notebook organized around opening words, human angles, and handovers. The site also links to a commentary directory, resource library, courses, and a private logbook; the example portfolio is explicitly fictional.
