- For
- People who want a brief, screen-free pause in their day
- Worth noticing
- After three consecutive missed prompts, the page says the progression steps back to make returning easier.
Field notes
The landing page outlines a progression system: successful sessions move the duration up, while three consecutive skips move it back. Users can choose a daily prompt or more frequent intervals, set quiet hours, and keep the duration fixed or let it increase. The page also describes optional private notes and a public wishes wall where contributions appear without names, alongside a city.
