Field notes
The search is organized around costs and practical constraints: users can compare room size and monthly rent while checking upfront charges such as administrative fees, deposits, card fees, and prorated rent. The homepage reports uneven regional coverage, with 738 listings in Kanagawa and 479 in Tokyo, and says it includes only confirmed regions. It also explicitly says the results are examples rather than a recommendation ranking.
