- The page notes that Spanish head-to-head tiebreakers may produce a different official order.
Field notes
The proposed calculation removes each Real Madrid and Barcelona fixture in full, including its effect on points, goals and matches played; other clubs retain their actual results. The page gives a provisional ranking order of points, goal difference and goals scored, while warning that Spanish head-to-head rules can differ. Its 2026/27 table currently says it is waiting for a results-feed update, and Football-Data.org is identified as the source.
