Buscarensecop brings Colombia’s public contracts into one search
A free, no-registration search interface for Colombian procurement records across SECOP I, SECOP II, and TVEC.
- For
- Colombian citizens, suppliers, journalists, and procurement researchers
- Worth noticing
- It combines SECOP I historical records from 2004, SECOP II, and TVEC purchase orders dating from 2013.
Field notes
The interface queries Colombia Compra Eficiente datasets through the public datos.gov.co SODA API rather than storing its own copy, and says the sources refresh several times daily. Filters cover procurement status, department, municipality, supplier name or tax/ID number, date range, and COP value; users can include SECOP I historical records. The page warns that updated records may appear alongside earlier copies and recommends checking the process number and newest official SECOP link.
