A calibration-curve fitter that keeps the replicates
A browser-based tool fits an unweighted linear calibration curve from known concentrations and measured responses, then provides residuals and exports.
- For
- People fitting linear standard curves from lab measurements
- Worth noticing
- It explicitly says a high R² alone does not establish that calibration is appropriate.
Field notes
The input can be pasted into a grid or imported from CSV, TSV, JSON, JSON Lines, or a values-only XLSX file, with a 5 MB limit. The fitted model is unweighted ordinary least squares with an intercept; replicates remain separate rows, and the page requires at least three included measurements across two distinct concentrations. It also distinguishes an empty cell from an explicitly excluded measurement and says inverse prediction and detection-limit calculations are not included.
