Field notes
The page says multiple IP addresses are prepared and assigned across users, but simultaneous connections are not implemented. Access currently runs through an email request and a password sent by the operator; automatic VPN connection is listed as in preparation. The homepage says the project is in a test period and that the developer is paying the US server bill personally, with an in-program ad intended to help cover it.
