Field notes
The homepage organizes its activities as field orders, expeditions, dispatches, and case files, with examples including spotting a repeated pattern or an unusually dramatic shadow. It says personal checkmarks stay in the current browser tab and are not published; submitting public text cases instead requires an adult account and moderation. The site also explicitly describes the department as fictional and says its assignments involve no real-world detection missions.
