Field notes
The organizer sets a date range and daily window before sending a shareable heatmap link. Guests can mark times on a phone or connect a calendar to fill in busy periods; the site says a selected slot can generate the event, video link, and invitations together. The Free plan lists a limit of three active heatmaps, while the homepage says all features are free during early access.
