PalcoNEXO: a workboard for municipal venues
A venue-management app for municipal cinemas, cultural centres and auditoriums, bringing programming, staff schedules, technical riders, space bookings and reporting together.
- For
- Municipal cultural-centre and theatre operations teams
- Worth noticing
- It lists Teamup calendar import, rider attachments up to 25 MB, and CSV reporting for any selected period.
Field notes
The described workflow connects event entries to staff schedules, technical checklists and reports, with separate permissions for each area. The page also lists recurring events with exceptions, Teamup calendar import, and numbered equipment requests that record pickup and return. A sample agenda shows a cinema session, a concert and a booking awaiting approval; these are presented as interface examples rather than independent verification of live operations.
