- For
- People who journal more comfortably by hand
- Worth noticing
- Sessions include free writing, reflection, five-whys problem solving, gratitude, and morning-pages prompts.
Field notes
The session starts with a duration, sound, and prompt; while the timer runs, the app says it silences notifications and locks the keyboard. At the end, pages are scanned with an iPhone and organized by month, with handwriting made searchable on the Mac. The site says entries can be exported as images or PDF and stored as ordinary image files; a license is $10 for one Mac.
