Splotchy makes phone wallpaper a kid’s art project

Field notes

The creation menu includes prompt-based Imagine, doodling, color-by-number, themes, photo scrapbooks, mirror drawing, and name art. Daily challenges award stars for unlocking outfits and sticker packs; the page also describes a parent lock for sharing and settings. It says Imagine uses Apple’s on-device image generator and safety filters, with an offline emoji version on older iPhones, and that daily reminders are off unless a grown-up enables them.
