Field notes
The instructions keep the official Steam client, but direct players to replace PublicLauncherSettings.json so the launcher points to the revival server. Players can retain Steam achievements by running a supplied patch script, or remove steam_appid.txt and launch directly; the project says that route omits achievements. Account creation is required, and the page warns that the legacy 2015 launcher loads its login page over plain HTTP, advising a password not used elsewhere.
