ECG Toolkit: calipers, laddergrams and QTc
A browser-based set of tools for measuring and marking up ECG tracings, drawing laddergrams, and calculating QTc.
- For
- Experienced ECG readers and educators
- Worth noticing
- Phone photos can be cropped and deskewed; angled images get perspective correction, while gridless electrograms are left alone.
Field notes
ECG Markup accepts a dropped file, pasted screenshot, or photo; the toolkit also opens PDFs, with page selection available in Markup. It checks grid calibration and can crop, straighten, or correct perspective in photos, while manual image controls are available in Markup. The site says tracings stay on the user's device; once opened, the home-screen version can work offline. Separate home-screen-app storage means ladder diagrams in its Library do not automatically appear in the browser version.
