Field notes
The described inspection flow keeps capture, room selection, defect wording and report preparation in one sequence. Its library is said to include references such as NHBC Standards and Approved Documents where applicable, and the report workflow checks for an address, findings and signatures. The homepage also lists printable checklists and templates; however, it labels the iOS and Android releases as coming soon.
