Field notes
The homepage breaks its listings into trade and city, with separate counts for each combination across Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, and seven other Valley cities. Its checklist covers license class, bond, the 15% pool deposit rule, written contracts, and filing a complaint. The disciplinary report identifies 243 postings first appearing in October 2026 and says it reproduces ROC records without editing or rating them.
