CellPatri: single-cell RNA-seq reports for biologists
A single-cell RNA-seq analysis service that turns researchers’ data into clusters, marker genes, suggested cell types, and a plain-language report.
- For
- Biologists with 10x Genomics single-cell datasets
- Worth noticing
- FASTQ files are accepted when alignment has not been done; the page says it runs Cell Ranger for that case.
Field notes
Clients can submit filtered_feature_bc_matrix.h5, a zipped matrix folder, an AnnData .h5ad file, or FASTQ files when alignment has not yet been done; the page says Cell Ranger can be run for that last case. Reports include QC decisions, UMAP cluster maps, suggested first-pass cell labels, marker-gene spreadsheets, software versions, and analysis parameters. The site says uploads and results are removed after 180 days, and each analysis runs on a separate machine deleted when the job ends.
