My Pitlist puts show crew on the call sheet
A marketplace for artists and their teams to find and book photographers, DJs, lighting operators, and other live-show crew.
- For
- Artists booking crew and live-show freelancers
- Worth noticing
- Bookings include an agreement, call-time and load-in details; contact information unlocks after the deposit is paid.
Field notes
The page breaks a booking into agreement, deposit, show-day logistics, delivery, and payout, with call time, credentials, and load-in listed alongside booking messages. It says contact details unlock after the deposit, and describes different payout timing for content work versus live roles such as DJs, lighting, and lasers. The fee offer is not fully consistent: the headline promises 10% for founding crew for life, while the FAQ also applies 10% to everyone’s first five gigs.
