Boston Light & Sound presents Cinemeccanica 35mm and 70mm projectors and related cinema equipment, with sales, installation, and service in North America.

Landing page captured for the 2026-10-24 issue.

For: Cinema operators and projection teams maintaining 35mm or 70mm film
Worth noticing: The TS-1 player reads SMPTE and legacy film timecode for uncompressed WAV playback, including support for encrypted audio releases.

Field notes

The page distinguishes three projector configurations: dual-format Victoria 8 35/70, dedicated 70mm Victoria 8/70, and 35mm Victoria 5. Its supporting equipment includes a TS-1 player that reads SMPTE and legacy timecode directly from film, plus a xenon lamphouse specified from 500W to 7000W. Boston Light & Sound says configurations and installation costs depend on cinema-specific requirements.
