Field notes
The workflow starts with CallRail or an imported call-log export, then checks for an outgoing call to the same number after a missed call. CallRail connects automatically; Quo, Aircall, and Ringover are listed as beta, while other systems can be handled by CSV import. The default alert threshold is 15 minutes, and alerts include a tap-to-call link. A callback made outside the connected phone system may need to be marked manually.
