- Guests joining a D&D-themed birthday weekend

- Guests are asked to bring warm costumes, bedding if needed, and shoes for dancing; the stated sliding scale is $50–200, with nothing due yet.
Field notes
The gathering is framed around Waterdeep’s Charter renewal and Feast of the Moon, with guests assigned families, friends, and personal goals to carry through the weekend. The page says participation works best for people who are willing to get involved, while also making clear that guests do not need to run the game or know D&D in advance. Practical notes cover beds, dietary needs, transit, and what to pack.
