- For
- Christian families assessing a move to rural land
- Worth noticing
- The homepage says listings are around Lynchburg, Virginia for now, even as land scores cover 32 eastern states.
Field notes
The homepage frames its scoring around household-specific inputs—work, church, budget, and crops or livestock—rather than presenting land as a generic listing search. It says reports examine water, soil, buildings, drive times, safety, and money, and lists side-by-side comparison plus a private vault for deeds, well logs, surveys, and letters. The site identifies Lynchburg-area listings as its current focus and says additional regions are planned.
