Field notes
For physical items, customers choose a recipient and date, receive a flat packing kit with tamper strips, seal it, and mail it back; videos are uploaded. The homepage says stored items remain sealed, with exterior photographs available, and are sent a few days before the selected date. It lists letters at $39 and boxes from $59; delivery is limited to the lower 48 states.
