- For
- Windows users searching mixed-media personal files
- Worth noticing
- The site reports indexing a two-hour film in about 11 minutes on an i5-13600K with a Radeon RX 7900 XTX.
Field notes
The page describes a local index built with EmbeddingGemma 2 and llama.cpp, stored in a single SQLite file; it says the model download ranges from 730 MB to 1.54 GB. Search can start from a phrase, an image, or exact quoted words, while previews jump to matching passages, PDF pages, or media timestamps. The listed benchmark—about 11 minutes to index a two-hour film—uses an i5-13600K and Radeon RX 7900 XTX, so it is a stated test result rather than a general performance guarantee.
