Resolvara tests whether AI support resolutions were real
A free browser-based tool that checks support exports for signs that billed AI-agent resolutions may not have actually resolved the customer’s issue.
- For
- Support teams auditing AI-agent resolution billing
- Worth noticing
- The Strict Resolution Standard checks a seven-day window for human replies, reopens, repeat contacts, negative ratings, and escalations.
Field notes
The interface accepts CSV or JSON exports from Intercom, Zendesk, Ada, and Gorgias, with a column mapper for other helpdesks; sample runs need no file. Its comparison table separates vendor-published billing rules from Resolvara’s seven-day Strict Resolution Standard, then breaks failed cases into repeat contact, human reply, reopen, and low CSAT. The displayed dataset is synthetic, and vendor-rule totals are modelled from export fields rather than sourced from vendor billing records.
