- For
- HYROX and hybrid-race athletes using Garmin watches
- Worth noticing
- The site describes 31 race segments and an undo control that reverses the last press while keeping the clock running.
Field notes
The page lays out separate controls for advancing, undoing, and opening the watch menu; it says a second advance press within three seconds is ignored. Race goals are split across runs, stations, and transitions, while the described report compares those segments and heart-rate recovery. The site lists 70+ compatible Garmin watches and nine report languages, and links to a sample report.
