DISTORTION SYNC’s World Archive
A Korean-language archive for a fictional setting of dimensional gates, paired Sentinels and Guides, rival organizations, facilities, and character records.
- For
- Readers exploring a Korean-language speculative setting
- Worth noticing
- The archive separates the 90% permanent-bond threshold from romance or consent, while also defining risks from lower-synchronization guiding.
Field notes
The archive lays out a mission sequence from awakening registration and annual rank reassessment through partner matching, gate entry, and post-mission reporting. Its setting distinguishes physical gate threats from cognitive-noise exposure, with prolonged exposure increasing the risk of a Sentinel’s rampage. The 90% synchronization threshold creates a permanent bond between cognitive matrices; the text separately clarifies that this bond, or guiding, does not establish romance or consent.
