Field notes
The form accepts a molecule or brand, quantity billed, printed pack MRP, bill amount, and GST rate. The page distinguishes scheduled formulations with an NPPA ceiling from the 137 drugs subject to a trade-margin cap; for some capped drugs, current brand MRPs are not published, so the pack's printed MRP is the comparison point. It says the underlying rows carry source URLs, effective dates, and source-file hashes, and limits checks to formulations with a published reference.
